Mice in a business can spread quickly, especially if it’s a large business building or complex. Beginning in one business─usually on the ground level but not always─mice will quickly move into neighboring businesses as happened to a business complex in a downtown area.

Having received a call from the owner of a small tech company in the complex, we came in, and to the dismay of every company in the building we discovered that Mouse City had begun to push up from the great below into the buildings above.

Damage to the complex by gnawing and nibbling was extending to the back storage of a bookstore, the wiring of the computer company, and the food items of the complexes’ coffee shop.

The coffee shop at the front hadn’t faired any better. The cost in lost goods was considerable─not to mention that employees who can’t get their morning coffee aren’t exactly the world’s most reasonable or productive people.

They needed to get the furry menace under control before any more product was lost or services suspended. The complexes’ offices, shops and stores depended on it.
